the ambience is very welcoming. the girls are very pleasant and friendly. I got Ina today and she was lovely. tatyana did my hair last time when I visited. when you book online been told that ant available person will take u on. but they all are nice

Wasn’t great that I had to pay an extra £5 on arrival. This wasn’t clear when I made the booking.
Plus they don’t take card so was very inconvenient making a bank transfer especially when you’re restricted with time

I went to the Lux Studio for a haircut and it went well. My requests were met and I ended up with the haircut I have asked for and a very smooth hair. Dana is very thorough and did a great job.
