Left the face with dark spots everywhere that extraction was done. I was told that the redness will go away after a while but NOT that my face will be black and blue after the treatment

I always leave this salon feeling great. All the staff are very kind, efficient, and helpful when it comes to advice on hair care. Probably the only salon I’ve been to where I have had my hair cut at the exact length I asked for!
