Blow dry was quick, basic. I have long, thick hair so would've liked a bit more attention to certain areas. Anna offered to use the straightener on some parts which was helpful. Was cheap and cheerful.
This was my first Haircut since I moved to London and needless to say I was very nervous.
Over all, I got what I had asked for- it wasn't too short (which is always my fear), and it looked good on first glance.
However, a couple of days later, I can't say I'm too happy about the haircut. It's a bit weirdly shaped.
Also, I've done other successful blow-dries before at this place and was really pleased, can't say it was the case this time.
Regardless, the staff are always nice and friendly.

Really lovely therapist. Pleased to try their waxing service they use chocolate wax! Smelt delicious haha.pedicure really nice and having subjected my feet and toes to a beach holiday soon after so far after 4 days the colour has remained intact on my toes which is great especially after all the sand and flipflopping about.
