Been here a couple of times now, both times the hairdressers have done exactly what I asked for and given me useful hair care advice. Very good value too!

Salon called 15 mins before my appointment to say they couldn't accommodate me until much later in the day. Apparently a glitch with the Treatwell bookings.

Honestly the worst hairdressing experience I've ever had.
I got a call from them one hour before the time of my booking saying that they don't have availability and need to reschedule which I didn't have a problem with. I wanted a full head of foils, trim and a toner, when I told her I wanted foils all over my head Caroline started arguing with me that my ginger hair won't turn light enough and that she won't have enough time to do all of my head. In the end she spent more time trying to separate the strands to leave a few ginger strands inbetween the highlights. Throughout the process she kept running off to customers so 35minutes in she didn't have half of my back hair done and my hair is only shoulder length (she managed to do 6 foils). When she was washing out the colour it seemed like she was surprised herself that my hair took the colour so well and turned almost white. When I saw myself in the mirror as she was blow drying it I wanted to cry. The orange hair in between caused it to look as if I've done a really bad job dying it at home. Then she blamed the colour on my hair being ginger, that she has no more time to correct it and to come again. Needless to say when I was leaving 3 hours later there were still no customers waiting.
When I called the next day to ask for a colour correction she turned me down once again with the excuse of my hair being ginger, while all the hair she actually dyed turned white.
Horrible waste of money.

It was overall average but not unpleasant. The wax itself was a strange one. No reception at the basement. The cleanliness could and ambience could be improved.
