Very nice experience. Proffesional and friendly staff. Minor issue that at arrival they were not able to verify if I had already pay for the treatment. Went for waxing my legs. The lady at the studio was very efficient and the pain was a fraction of what I was expecting. Overall very happy.

Lovely place, enjoyed my massage - recommended by my mum whom i get a voucher for her bday there. Lovely staff, nice relaxing atmosphere, v clean.

i am very disappointed with the service I reserved today. when I got to the salon the woman behind the desk tried to charge me extra for a service I already booked for via Treatwell. I booked a wash cut and blow dry for my 8 year old sister which was for £16. She first said £25 because of the length which I was ok with but the had the cheek to charge me for the wash I booked for. I am so angry as this was book long time ago and I have a baby I had to leave with a friend. There was no good customer service as a real salon would offer what I booked and tell me that next time the price would be higher. Also she said that Treatwell had the wrong info. How I'm I supposed to know that. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager will be away until next week. How can there be no one to manage while the manager is away. So DISAPPOINTED. Definitely not recommending
