I got my hair cut and colored to have a trim and dye my hair a dark brown. I showed the stylist what I wanted the color to look like and emphasized that I only wanted a trim. After the haircut and color my hair was black, not brown, and she had cut an inch off. I wouldn't go back.

Wouldn't go back. Not a "spa"type, relaxing experience or environment. Therapist was reasonably friendly and did the minimum expected.
