I think I have never been that happy when leaving a hairdresser. I have natural curls but straighten them usually. I wanted to have them shorter and didn't have to explain much, Tanja directly knew what she had to do. She made sure that they aren't too short in case I am not straightening my hair. I think the cut itself was 10 mins and I was a bit concerned as it takes normally longer but the result was just great. And the blow dry was one of the best I had.
Overall, nothing fancy but simply very good.

I booked this for my mum as a treat and whilst overall she said she had a nice time and the paraffin wax element of the treatment was excellent and very therapeutic as she suffers from arthritis in her fingers. She had arrived 15 mins early at 415 but did not get seen until 450pm because the staff had forgotten she was there- so was waiting a long time, and so then the treatment itself was rushed so it could be completed by the time the salon closed. She said her therapist was very nice, and tried her best to incorporate all the elements of the luxury manicure but it was a little rushed which was a shame. There wasn't time for a 2nd coat of the final nail colour either so it wasn't perhaps her best first experience of Lux which is a shame.

The massage was not deep tissue, even after I asked the therapist to be firm. This was very disappointing.
