Unfortunately it was really disappointing. Was like she didn't know what she was doing, just rubbing oil on the skin, and my requests to go deeper and communication about specific areas that were tense were ignored. In the end it was really annoying and a waste of money. Wouldn't go back again.

I've been there a few times before to get my hair cut. Overall happy with the experience - asked for the dry and split ends to be removed, which the hairdresser mostly did. I liked my blow dry. I feel she could have spent some more time trimming the dry ends (we were done in 30 mins for wash, cut and blow dry!!), but for £25 in London, I can't really complain. It's definitely my go-to place for a haircut in London.

The treatment itself was good and the therapist was very nice however the price advertised for an express shellac mani & pedi is £25 but on arrival I was told this wasn’t correct, Treatwell had got it wrong and I need to pay extra. In hindsight I think they are falsely advertising to get people in the door. I should have paid the price advertised only.
