Usually get a good haircut, however this time I got back home and found some parts were uneven.

I am a regular to Lux and it’s alwahs great value for money. I was overcharged by accident, but given how good value it is I didn’t query it. Will just make sure to prepay next time! Will definitely be back for both hairdressing and eyebrow waxing - friendly and diligent staff.

pleased to try the relaxing massage at Lux. lovely treatment room and friendly staff. the pressure wasn't as much as I have been used to so I requested slightly firmer from my therapist. She tried to accommodate but seemed like she felt if it was firm it wouldnt be relaxing. however despite this her technique was excellent! i will return and try a different massage here. thanks!

The member of staff who cut my hair wasn’t friendly - I didn’t get a good vibe from her. The cut wasn’t good.
When I went to pay, they told me I had to pay double what I was meant to. I had to show her booking confirmation on phone and she still had to go and ask her manager.

I had a lovely experience at Lux Studio. The hairdresser was extremely friendly and went above and beyond by styling my hair at the end. I'm very satisfied with how it turned out and I would definitely come back!
