The staff was really friendly and the studio nice and clean. It is unfortunate that I didn't get the cut I asked for (but instead I was given the cut I said I did NOT want), but then nobody really knows what to do with curly hair so maybe I shouldn't be surprised that I didn't like it.. I think that it would be a good salon for straight/wavy haired people.
