Pretty disappointed with my hair experience here. First time was great and I loved the result but when I came back for a retouch they didn’t deliver what I wanted and what we had discussed and when I vocalized this I was met with a dismissive attitude and I felt like they just wanted to get me out. When I returned asking them to fix it, I could tell they didn’t want to and I felt super uncomfortable. Ended up fixing it myself. Really disappointed as I thought this would be my new go-to hair salon but after that experience, it definitely won’t be.

My haircut and trim was simple, quick and no fuss. I felt it was a bit rushed and a bit more care could have been taken, but overall it was fine.
