I feel this experience wasn’t as nice as my previous visits. I prefer the old atmosphere and hair stylists. I booked a restyle but when I went to the venue was told there’s an extra charge which I was unable to afford to do. So I was given a different treatment which includes straightening and rough dry cut. I ended up with a blunt straight trim with curtain bangs. I asked for my hair to be thinned out which was wonderful.

I visit Luxe regularly for beauty treatments but decided to go in for a cut & blow dry. We decided to extended my appointment and I had a full head of highlights and toner, Semi got it perfect!! Everything I asked for, I left feeling like a new woman, my blonde was bright and my hair feels so healthy. Thanks again for another amazing experience team!

The venue was friendly and clean as usual, but I was not overly impressed with how well the cut looked when I washed it the next day. Usually I can dry my hair and it looks like I have just walked out of the salon, but not this time, I think Sami didn’t quite interpret my wishes, although I’m sure it is that I’m used to one of the other ladies cutting my hair.
