The room was lovely and was relaxing for sometime however When the dye was being removed from my eyes the staff member was far too rough, she was rubbing so hard and pulling on my eyes, it’s such a sensitive area and it was very uncomfortable. I have had the treatment done many times before and know it should not be like this. I would not choose to go again based on this.
