I have been a regular customer at Lux for a whole range of treatments, massage, pedicure, hair dressing and more all experiences have left me feeling relaxed and pampered. With the staff always being so polite, helpful and skilled in their field I didn’t hesitate when I recently had to make a complaint about my eyebrow wax treatment. They were very understanding and apologetic. This little miss hap would not influence my decision in attending this salon again.
