The therapist was one of a kind, very experienced and full of empathy. I would give her five stars. However the place was untidy. There was way too much hair on the floor for the room to feel clean and welcoming. I wasn't too fond of their music choice (a sort of repetitive ambient muzak) either.

I have been to Lux Studio Bow quite a few (nails, facials, hair cuts) and it is always a pleasant experience and quality service. I always feel relaxed there and the standards of treatments are high. I do recommend!
