This was my first wax and my therapist was super reassuring. She kept me calm even though for me it did really hurt. However, when I got home I have noticed many hairs left behind near the labia. Although it was a painful experience, I would have rather been left bare just so my next wax is a little less painful. I expect a Hollywood was to leave no hairs behind so I am disappointed by this!

The WORST wash, haircut, and blow dry I’ve EVER had. I didn’t want to write this review but it’s been sitting heavy on my chest. Firstly, she washed my hair so poorly. She couldn’t be bothered and only spent about 1 min washing my hair. She didn’t wash out the conditioner properly and I was left with a greasy scalp with flakes. Next, the haircut was atrocious. So uneven and messy. My hair is ruined. I will gladly provide pictures. If I could get my money back I would! I’m so so so upset!
