I had a very weird experience at this salon. I went in with photo references (I wanted layers and a grown out fringe 70’s style) and Rita cut it in perfectly however when I asked for more off the length she flat out refused to take anything off because I had ‘nice long hair’ and actually said ‘no’. If the style didn’t match I get it but to just flat out refuse the customer on the basis you like their long hair is so strange 😅. If I ask you to cut it you make it work whatever that takes.
