As always, I had a very positive experience having my hair cut by Eva. However, on this occasion, due to a mistake of my own, I had been charged twice through Treatwell, and had accepted I wouldn’t get a refund. But I mentioned it during my appointment, and right after, Eva - the salon manager - got onto the phone to Treatwell to sort me out a refund. It was my mistake, and not something she had to do, but I was very appreciative of her doing what she could to get my money back.
