I wasn't served by Sami but by Angela, highlights and then cut my hair. The colour was great and the cut itself too, however the service was a bit slow and I didn't receive the cut I requested several times, a simple long bob ABOVE my shoulder. The thing that stroke me was a lady (working in the shop but not part of the hairdresser team) who asked me to come back the day after for the cut and the blowdry as they had to close, even though I went at the time they instructed me.
