Mariana and her magic technique! I don’t know how she did it but it was a virtually pain free Hollywood wax! Mariana was super quick, thorough, professional and all whilst having a great chat. She made the whole experience feel effortless. I will be back!

Wax lady was really nice & patient but the team upstairs who deal with appointments need to be a bit more polite and welcoming to customers that felt on edge coming in as I was rushing the wax lady offered me a glass of water
