I had the best experience in a salon so far .
She did exactly the cut they I was asking for and also she gave me so many advices to look after my hair.
Very nice and clean place.
Also she was very friendly and nice , she made me feel very confortable.

Rita did my cut & colour and hands down it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s incredible and so lovely to chat to as well. I love this salon and will be returning many times - their professionalism & loveliness is unrivalled :)

Charged full price even though I couldn’t go through with treatment. Had lvl booked in but I felt nauseous due to pregnancy so had to stop 5 mins in.
Was told I would be refunded by Treatwell but Treatwell said that Lux wouldn’t allow it.
Poor communication on the issue. Would be fine to be charged a portion of this but full price seems very unfair. Won’t be going back again.
