The eyelashes looked good and the stylist was very polite. But during the treatment several times she needed to seperate my lashes and it genuinely felt as if she pinched the skin. It was really painfully to the point that I shouted from the pain at one point. After the third time she did this I was very annoyed. At the end of the session I told her despite having my eyelashes done for over 10 years I had never been caused physical pain like this. She just told me that I was sensitive
