Staff was extremely friendly, chatty polite and comforting. She made sure I was fully comfortable. Can't fault her at all. Unfortunately the facial itself for me wasn't great. It consisted of 2 face masks which took up 30min and the second 30min was mainly wiping off, moisturising and some light motions rubbing on the face at the end. But I understand it's only a £20 basic facial. You get what you pay for.
