Overall the experience was fair for the price, but the treatment felt quite rushed and impersonal.
I had a hair cut and I was a bit disappointed by the way the stylist cut my hair without checking the final desired length with me first.
I said I wasn’t sure to go for a short cut, I had quite long hair, and after the washing, I sat a second and she suddenly cut the whole length of it.
Overall, the hair cut is okay, nothing but the method really left me disappointed.

Lux is a wonderful place, fantastic staff, super professional and not too pricy. All of them are absolutely very kind and professional. Rita was extraordinary, the outcome is perfect, she's a colouring expert and I'm so happy with the result! Definitely go to Rita for Red shades or any kind of tinting, perfect result without ruining your her and she is so patience and will give you the best advice! I will definitely come back 💕 Mor

So happy with my highlights! Eva got my foils in so quickly and they turned out amazing. She even convinced me to do something a little different with some pink and it worked well.
