I am sorry to say that the management at this salon is appalling. Dismissive AND deeply unprofessional.For example, I was seriously concerned at contracting COVID, and asked them to reschedule. They refused to do this, and misrepresented the process, advising me that only Treatwell could reschedule the session, as they couldn't be bothered to do it themselves. In the end, I was forced to either go into the salon with COVID, to get a facial, or lose the money (instead of rescheduling).Appalling.
