Last week, about 8 hours before I had an appointment at the Lux Studio I called to explain that I had bad food poisoning and said I couldn't attend the appointment but that I would love to come in a weeks' time when I was next in the area so I didn't lose the money I paid for it. The man on the phone said that was absolutely fine and rescheduled my appointment. He was very friendly and efficient.
An hour or so later I had 4 missed calls from the salon while I was asleep - and ill -
