The venue is nice enough. The waxing is squeezed into a little room downstairs but that's fairly normal.
Shirley was very chatty and chirpy throughout the appointment. I will say her technique left a little to be desired - a lot of the wax didn't come off on the first tug and this made the experience more painful than it maybe needed to be. But the final result was good and it was a speedy service. Would go back.

Absolutely love my hair and I’m so happy. My hair is damaged so it’s hard enough for them but they was so nice about it and done everything they could to help me. My hair is now lovely and soft and better than I could have imagined. Dana was so lovely and friendly and I will definitely be going back
