The facial was good esp for the price. However, I did not notice exceptional results. Therapist was friendly and explained the procedure well. However, I faced an issue with booking. I accidentally booked for the same day. After realizing I called the salon and they agreed to rebook. However, I got a call at 2:05 pm( for 2 pm) booking that they can't reschedule and if I don't want to lose money I need to be there in 15 mins. Fortunately, I was free and could rush but left me sour-mouthed.
