Nails are good but timings/service was not reliable. Seen 30mins after appt time. Rushed & forgot part of the service until I reminded them. I had to get back to work & wished I hadn’t booked it over my break. If they were on time & staffed to match bookings it would have worked well. Usually a hit, but this time it wasn’t. I usually give 4/5 ratings to them but they didn’t hit the mark that day. I’ll go again & hope it was a oneoff bad day rather than service slipping or cutting corners.

I am becoming a regular here. Do check prices and make sure you are paying the correct amount if you do any add-ons and need to pay extra in the salon. They almost overcharged me for not taking fully into account the Treatwell pre-paid element.
