This was the first time I have had my nails done in so long, when I arrived I was the only customer in the salon. I wasn't see until quite a bit after my appointment time but was made to feel very comfortable, was offered refreshments and apologies were made for lateness. I showed the colour and design I wanted my nails and was so happy with the finished result. The price was higher than I was informed when booking but I assume that was because of the design I chose?? I will be back 😀

Although the staff were friendly, they were severely overbooked / understaffed. The artist doing my nails was hopping between 3 different customers, doing all of our nails at the same time - meaning that what was supposed to be a 45 minute booking turned into an hour.
Artists were also having to share nail equipment, making the process even slower. There also aren’t many colours to choose from on the gel nails. My nail polish colour also did not accurately match the example shown.
