First time visiting this salon, and it was a mixed experience. Lovely set up, looks professional and staff are good at what they do. However, I had a 10am appointment that didn’t start until 10.30am. They seem to accept anyone without a booking. Also, upon arrival, they didn’t ask my name so although I booked and paid through Treatwell, they didn’t know who I was client who already paid! (I was chased down the street asking to show proof of payment, a rather embarrassing moment!).
