I went to Katie's nails because I loved the art on their website, so I booked for an infills with nail art. I chose one of the art on the website which I really liked. Unfortunately though, I came out extremely disappointed. The most expensive and the fasted nail job I ever had. The infills were done in literally 1 minute for all 10 fingers. No care in covering the nails evenly and carefully. Very little filing done, leaving the nails not straight on the sides, making you feel like you have to pick your nails as they are uneven. Nail polish on fingers, which could have been easily removed before finishing the job. No attention to details. The last straw was having the person doing my nails constantly handling her phone and talking on the phone while working. I was really looking forward to my new nails, but for £45 I would have expected a better experience. They have lovely art and colours, but I will definitely not return there or recommend it.
