What a Horrendous experience! Please avoid this nail shop by any cost. I was approached by a man and we discussed how I’ve wanted my nails and both agreed with the price. He shortly left and was busy with another customer. I was then approached by a women and I’ve told her what I was going to do and she quickly suggest something different and did not clarify and explain how my nails would look at the end. I was charged £40 and was refused any discount after I have showed both the man and the woman how my nails looked!! and basically left the shop with my nails looking like that and being charged £40 I have attached a photo. I have informed all friend & family that live around this area. I will be posting pictures and more information on other social platforms. What a poor service!!
I strongly advise AGAINST going to Katie’s for your eyebrows. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always been happy with the results until recently. During my last visit, she ripped my skin by removing the wax too harshly. This wasn’t the first time it’s happened but this was the worst it’s ever looked. Whether she was in a rush or simply careless, this experience was extremely painful and disappointing. The area around my eyebrows were very sensitive and this affected me for WEEKS. These photos were taken during my holiday, and I had to suffer with my skin looking like this, ruining all of my pictures. I still have scarring underneath my left eyebrow from my skin being ripped off, even though it has now healed. Safe to say, I will never be returning.
Please reconsider if you are thinking about getting your eyebrows done at Katie’s.
Katie nails is 10/10, been coming here for many years and the service is always wonderful. Katie makes sure I leave happy and satisfied. She always accommodates me. I’ll never cheat♾️
The salon is always clean and she never disappoints. Her staff are amazing. The guy who started my pedicure really took his time and was very gentle, he gave me such a wonderful massage. The pedicure always comes with a hot towel. Would recommend katies
