It's a shame as I have used this beauty establishment before but today was not up to the standard I am used to. I had to wait 10 mins over my appointment time despite being there early, I did not get the technician that I was told I had. The technician I did have seemed distracted and hurried as a result I received 2 cuts to my fingers with the electrical file. I was asked to pick colour and could not have my original choice because there would not be enough for my nails, then after picking a second colour told that it would be £10 extra for that kind of polish. When I told the technician she had cut me she did apologise but blamed it on the buffer.
