I went for a full body wax, it was of the most painful wax ever, the treatment has been rushed and I ended up with some of the skin of my legs been removed with the stripes. The lady was lovely but the wax really bad, she even didn't wax the top of the bikini area. I'd not recommend and would not coming back.

I have hyperhydrosis which means my hands and feet can sweat more than the average person. I am really embarrassed about it and it gets worse the more anxious and flustered I get. Some people in the past have made my embarrassment worse by asking questions ‘are you always like this?’, ‘this isn’t normal’. As such, I usually avoid getting my nails done anywhere and have resorted to doing them myself. My lamp broke and so I had to visit Lux. My technician was Manh who did a fantastic job. He didn’t even mention any sweating and simply got on with the job which put me at ease and actually made me sweat a lot less. I will definitely go back. I was so happy to have been treated so well.
