I had manicure, which was very nice. I would give five stars for this.. But then I had a facial which was not good at all. The lady doing the facial was rubbing my face really hard with the face scrub, she used it even on my eye lids and then when she applied a cream mask on my face she did not skip the eyes, so I got a lot of the product in them which was quite painful.
And I had to wait for the treatment cca 12 minutes with no excuse or explanation from the staff even if I had a booking..

The treatment was very good, the only thing I did not like a lot of the place was the cleanliness. Otherwise happy with it.
