Always like Lux - you get a good level of service in a clean, local salon, plus some comfy vibrating chairs. The polish on my fingers started to chip really quickly this time though, which was a disappointment. However, haven't had the same problem before, so willing to chalk it up to a one off.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed (which I had paid for) but the technician suggested threading. I wanted waxing but she insited. They look great after the threading but I had paid for waxing and didn’t realise there was a price difference until I left. So that was rather annoying. But she did a great job.
