Immaculate manicure as always

Not coming back. Staff were unpleasant and after my pedicure they asked how much I had paid via Treatwell. They then wanted to charge me extra (cash only) because apparently I had only booked for shellac ‘colour’ and not cuticle removal. This should have been communicated to me in advance and the treatment lasted 30 minutes which was exactly what I had paid for. Pedicure was fine but overall experience really disappointing.
