I've now been to Lux Laser and Beauty Clinic a few times to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Each time I've been very happy with the service. I've had my eyebrows threaded and waxed and shaped (mix of plucking and threading) and all of the technicians have been thorough and professional. The Clinic itself is spotlessly clean and the staff are very flexible -- sometimes I drop in and have my treatment almost straight away.

I had a very unfortunate experience after visiting the salon. I got a back massage and facial. During the procedure everything was great, no issues whatsoever. However, after getting home in the evening my face started burning a bit. I went to sleep and in the morning I woke up with allergy reaction on my whole face. After 3 days taking allergy relief and only using mild cleanser with e45 crean nothing changed, my face still looks terrible and I have to go to the doctors.
