The staff were friendly, although unfortunately very inexperienced in removing gel nails. My nails were not removed correctly and my nail beds were left sore and bleeding, to the point where it hurt to let water touch them. I went in with long healthy nails and have since had to cut them down. Do not go here for gel removal.
