I booked on Treatwell in advance for eyebrow threading but when I arrived was told the lady who does it was on holiday. I showed the manager proof of my booking and he said the system should have blocked my booking. I was offered waxing instead which was fine but not a treatment I would choose again. When I left the manager suggested I have oxygen therapy for acne I have which I thought was pretty rude and unnecessary.

As someone who waxes, I can say that the waxing technique and wax quality were poor, leading to bruising and unnecessarily incomplete hair removal. Unfriendly service. Not bad but wouldn't recommend.
