Tricky untrustworthy manager. Make sure to double-check everything and be super specific.
I called to book a haircut, asked how much and was told £45.
After I had my hair washed, I showed pictures of what I wanted to the girl and she says she can only trim hair, not do the layers and bangs that I wanted. The manager knew this and defended himself saying that long hair appointments are usually just trims... 45£ for a trim?
Still had to pay 20£ for the wash and dry, super inconsiderate service.
