The atmosphere was not calm or relaxing, very noisy in fact. Containers were being dropped n banging together. The facial itself was very harsh, product was left on my face around my hairline, around my ears n around my neck and underneath my chin. Same pads were rinsed an being used. Woman doing facial going in n out causing disruption, not peaceful or relaxing at all.
