Instruments were not sterilized, they were using the same instruments on me and my partner until I asked them not to .
Staff was nice with us , but the girl who did my manicure and pedicure was not trained. The other girl was better trained. She skipped the massages, was skipping steps. I have had much better experiences elsewhere I think they need to work on hygeine and products.
So it was overall an okay experience, might not go for a pedicure/manicure again..

I came in with short nails and was very anxious about it. Despite this, she spent a really long time making sure she could do as much as possible to make them look nice, and she did! Gave some good advice about how to look after my skin. 10/10
