Very disappointing. My daughter’s first lash appointment before prom was ruined. The technician used one lash size across the eye, creating a harsh look with big gaps. When I asked her to fix it, she asked me how to do it. I said I’m not trained yet but even I could see it looked bad. My daughter left in tears, and the owner still asked us to pay for “expensive materials.” Unprofessional and careless – not recommended for any important occasion.
