I booked two treatments , one dark eyes ....I got talked into a different treatment as the staff were not there... my stomach wrinkle treatment was altered to a treatment for fat . I have no fat . They talk you into so called better treatments because they can't provide the booked treatments I paid over the odds prices for 2 useless treatments nowhere near what I booked.
They lie and scheme to save you not having the treatnent you book .terrible , wasted my time and money .

Totally confused me offering all these alternatives .
I said I want the treatments I booked .
He said the treatment was better
The treatments I got were not what I needed , he did fat loss when I needed wrinkle treatment.

They avoided my booked treatments as short staffed .
Offered so called better treatments .
I then stated I want the booked treatments, he then chose to ignore my requests I booked a treatment for dark under eye , he gave a wrinkle treatment.
I booked wrinkle treatment on stomach, he gave fat reduction which I don't need, needed wrinkle reduction
Totally ignored my wishes and did not assess them
