manicure was unprofessional and the finish isn't at all what i asked for. the beauty therapist was nice, but she made comments about my appearance that made me uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not at all welcoming, especially with various staff members (including a rude man i assume is the manager or owner) all chatting about customers in another language.
