Very disappointing. My daughter’s first lash appointment before prom was ruined. The technician used one lash size across the eye, creating a harsh look with big gaps. When I asked her to fix it, she asked me how to do it. I said I’m not trained yet but even I could see it looked bad. My daughter left in tears, and the owner still asked us to pay for “expensive materials.” Unprofessional and careless – not recommended for any important occasion.

Therapist running 40 min late. Offered massage chair for free.
Treatment room smelt of cigarette smoke but therapist tried to mask it with aerosol spray.
No consultation for allergies
Water too hot
Sink very noisy
Was not asked to remove dress so it got wet
Eye makeup only partially removed
No conditioner applied - hair feels like straw :(
Hair placed in tea towel
Had to ask for blast dry
Therapist seemed sweet and hardworking.

Very nice place, would be nice if there was some music on, it was a bit uncomfortable being able to hear the waxing. As expected the treatment was a bit painful but worth the smoothness.
