Even though the customer service is amazing I had a big dissatisfaction. I paid £50 for Russian style lashes that weren’t even close to that. I have done my lashes before and I have been told that it takes a bit of time with me as I have a lot of eyelashes. The lady took only 50 minutes put some 2D lashes here and there and a day later I have already missing lots of them. Too expensive for something that won’t even last me 2 weeks and I have to pay again for someone to fix them.
