This was my first time getting a wax, and I was not disappointed! My waxer explained the type of wax she is using (honey wax) and its benefits. She was skilful and I felt only a little bit of pain. I had a great conversation with her, and the aftercare massage was a great touch. :)

Neha coloured and styled my hair perfectly. She listened and understood what I was asking for. Shakila did the hollywood wax and is a true expert, making an otherwise stressful task quite quick and pain-free. Fabulous team who I recommend highly.

I'm a first time visitor to Lux and shall return.
Shivani gave me a wonderful blow dry, she is so friendly and professional - my hair is thick and curly so not the most straightforward hair to blow dry especially on a roasting hot day but Shivani ensured thar my hair looked gorgeous.
The salon is amazing and I hope that Lux becomes the salon of Ashford as it is extremely clean and beautifully decorated.
