A real gem. Shakila is great at recommending the correct shade and I wasn't disappointed. She is great with haircuts and listens /understands to het customers. I also had booked a Hollywood wax and won't be going anywhere else. This salon is fantastic value, with a skilled team that take pride in their work. Highly recommend a visit.

Stylist lacked communication. No heat protectant was used before blow-drying, which felt rushed and unprofessional. The blow-dry didn't meet expectations, and the stylist attributed the poor result to my wavy hair. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and below expectations.
